This privacy policy explains what personal data Trinity Robotics collects through WhatsApp and the support inbox at chatwoot.trinityx.ink, why that data is processed, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Trinity Robotics operates the website trinityx.ink and the customer-support inbox at chatwoot.trinityx.ink. Privacy questions and deletion requests go to support@trinityx.com.ua.

Data we collect

When you message our WhatsApp business number, we receive and store:

• your phone number;
• the profile name shown by WhatsApp;
• the text of your messages and our replies;
• files you send, including images, audio, video, and documents;
• the time of each message and its delivery status.

Why we process this data

We process this data only to read customer requests and reply to them in Chatwoot. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where the data is stored

Messages and attachments are stored on our own Chatwoot server. Only Trinity Robotics support staff can open those conversations.

How to request deletion of your data

Send an email to support@trinityx.com.ua with the subject line Delete my data. In the message, include the phone number you used on WhatsApp.

We will delete that contact, the conversation, and the attachments from Chatwoot, then reply to your email to confirm the deletion.

Trinity Robotics зберігає номер телефону, ім’я профілю WhatsApp, текст повідомлень, вкладення, час і статус доставки. Ці дані потрібні лише для відповідей у Chatwoot на chatwoot.trinityx.ink. Вони лежать на нашому сервері, і доступ до них має лише служба підтримки.

Щоб видалити дані, напишіть на support@trinityx.com.ua з темою Delete my data і вкажіть номер WhatsApp. Ми видалимо контакт, переписку і вкладення з Chatwoot і підтвердимо це листом.
